On April 21, 1975, he opened Dolphin Seafood restaurant with the support of his family and friends. Peter personally selects the finest seafood from the piers of Boston each morning to ensure that his guests are served top-quality dishes in a friendly atmosphere at an affordable price.

I had a wonderful Sunday dinner at this restaurant. The oysters were fantastic and the lobster was delicious. The excellent service really made the whole experience perfect.
I am very particular about my food, but I was extremely impressed with this restaurant! The food was amazing. While I am not a huge fan of seafood, I opted for shrimp, steak, spinach pie, and stuffed mushrooms. All of them were delicious! The steak tips were especially outstanding – some of the best I have ever had! They were cooked perfectly to medium rare. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations.
