With a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service, it excels in delivering a broad array of vegan and vegetarian options, including delightful summer rolls and the standout pineapple fried rice. While some dishes like Pad Thai leaned a bit too sweet, the savory flavors of chicken satay and Massaman curry earned rave reviews. Known for its friendly staff and reasonable prices, this restaurant is perfect for casual dining or takeout. Overall, it offers a satisfying culinary experience, celebrating authentic flavors with a personal touch.
Good for excursions, also has a few seats where you can have a relaxed Thai dinner. Very vegan friendly, the waitress patiently explains us in detail about their vegan options. Summer roll is vegan, Veg spring roll is vegetarian (they use an egg to seal the roll). The rice varieties are good, but the winner is Pineapple roasted rice (which is not originally vegetarian, but you can veganize while ordering).
Absolutely worth the stop!! Everyone was super nice, the food was excellent. Massaman Curry and Pad Kee Mao highly recommended. Chicken satay was also great. Food was flavorful and good spice level. Excellent!! Starring so we can come back!
Small, quiet and friendly place to enjoy freshly prepared food.
I've been visiting Krua Thai for the last couple of weeks as I've been working through their menu. The food is delicious and the curries have just the right level of spiciness. Their main business is takeout. It's a small restaurant (seats about 20) in a strip mall. There are only five spaces in front, but plenty of parking in the rear. The service is great and the hostess is amiable and attentive. Other reviews have mentioned that they don't have customer restrooms. This is not true. The restroom is in the back next to the kitchen. It is small, but clean. A congenial, if intimate, place for a meal. Parking: Only five spaces in front, but plenty of parking in the rear. Shares the strip mall with a laundromat and a pizzeria. Wheelchair accessibility: Tight front entrance with a sharp right turn through another tight door.
The best Thai food I’ve had in a long time. Lived in Lowell for about 10 years and this is the closest I’ve had to all the great places there.
