Limited menu options resulted in bland meals, with steamed vegetables and tofu served without sauce and overpriced for their small portions. Service concerns compounded the experience; slow seating disrupted reservations, and utensils were initially missing. Reports of foul-smelling, moldy food further tainted the meal, leading to abrupt exits for frustrated patrons. Ultimately, despite the brand's reputation elsewhere, the Natick PF Chang falls short on quality and service, making it a disappointing choice for a satisfying dining experience.

PF Chang's has always been an awesome go to spot for me but my recent experience with my server Anthony has made me love it here even more! He is so kind and accommodating, even recommending me menu items! The drinks were great thanks to the awesome bartender Joey and the green beans were an amazing choice for appetizer.
