Alta Marea - Munich

We lived locally years ago and enjoyed coming here. We returned tonight and it was a wonderful evening. This is a restaurant that makes one feel as if you have been a timeless customer even if you are new. You feel treasured and valued...and...that is before the exquisite food is served. Can’t recommend it highly enough. If in Munich, you MUST try the Alta Maria

We ate dinner here on a Monday evening when the restaurant was half occupied. We enjoyed the food, atmosphere, and quiet noise level. We stayed near the English Gardens and this was about a ten minute walk for us. Service was superb

We did end up in that restaurant just by coincidence as it is slightly out of the touristic area ad what an extremely good surprise. Everything had been perfect from the crew, the dishes and the wine list

Alta Maria really amazing! The food is authentic Italian cuisine with great pasta, seafood and meat dishes. Arguably one of the best Italian restaurants in the city of Munich. The service is first class. The olive oil is top from Liguria, Italy and the ingredients...are fresh and delicious
