My biggest iss... read more Over the past few years, I've noticed a steady decline at this location. While I frequently find my order incomplete, that's not my main concern. My biggest issue is the unhappiness of the staff. They greet you with, "What can I do for you?" but respond in a tone that feels as though they resent serving you. I understand that working in food service is challenging—I’ve been there myself—but the atmosphere here feels particularly bleak. At the drive-thru window, they hand over your order in silence, even if I try to be friendly, which I always make an effort to be. Honestly, I don’t want to visit this location anymore because it’s just disheartening. Whether it's poor treatment of employees or hiring individuals with no customer service skills, neither option is acceptable. It’s unfortunate to see such unhappiness among the workers, and I regret that my nearest Wendy's has become a place where the staff seems so dissatisfied.
