The service was quite slow, even thou... read more I visited this restaurant on May 25, 2022. The sanitation grade is the reason for the two-star rating, which is around 98. The service was quite slow, even though I ordered just two items. When my meal arrived, I noticed that I was served some cold, older fish mixed with fresh, hot fish. The slaw was also unappetizing. Overall, this experience was quite disappointing. I believe you can do better than this.

Every time I've eaten here (which is often), the food... read more First of all, I really hope Captain D's never goes out of business because their locations are quite rare. Every time I've eaten here (which is often), the food has been hot and freshly made, just as it should be for seafood fast food. There was one night when the wait was extremely long—almost 30 minutes. That was definitely the worst experience I've had, but I'm willing to attribute it to short staffing, hopefully.
