W... read more The staff at this restaurant does not pay attention to customer requests. Despite my repeated requests, they still put the brown sugar cookie in my cold brew. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a sassy attitude and refused to listen. Just a heads up, the brown sugar cookie is very bitter.
