Their ribs were fall of the bone and s... read more Came by this spot during our week visit in moab after a long hike. As a LA local, Blu Pig gives some serious competition. Their ribs were fall of the bone and still juicy, not oversauced. The tri-tip was so tender and had a decent smokey flavor again,unsuaced which gave you the freedom to add as much of their bbq sauce. The portions were fair for the price. The ambiance iscalm and collected with the faint live jazz blues coming from the bar. Honestly a great spot for tourists and locals alike.

So whatever kind of sauce you consider the real sauce, you 're in luck! I got the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, turkey and Cajun sausage, with fried okraand the fries. Everything was great. They have a good amount of other options if you 're not into BBQ. The gentlemen a couple oftables over was raving about his catfish poboy, so there we have it! Recommend!

I highly recommend the gumbo—they’ve perfected the recipe, and I could easily eat that meat gumbo combo all day. The ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender and absolutely delicious. The wings had a wonderful smoky flavor, and the mojitos were strong yet smooth. A fantastic spot to stop by in Moab!

I wanted to order a second beer... read more We visited The Blu Pig during the off-season, so it was quite peaceful, which might explain why our waitress was rarely around. I wanted to order a second beer but wasn’t able to. The BBQ was good, though not the best I’ve had. The sides, especially the baked beans and potato salad, were excellent, as was the pecan pie.

My pulled pork sandwich had a soggy toasted bun, sugg... read more The staff seemed overwhelmed, so do them a favor and eat elsewhere. The $11 hush puppies were undercooked. My pulled pork sandwich had a soggy toasted bun, suggesting it had been sitting out for a while. The pork lacked flavor, not even a hint of smokiness. The fries were also soggy. Apparently, water refills aren’t free. If you want to waste your time and money, this is the place. The only positive was the cool blue lighting—one star for that, I guess.
