**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag at Blu Pig BBQ** Blu Pig BBQ offers an enticing array of smoked meats and BBQ styles in a lively setting. While some diners rave about the fall-off-the-bone ribs and flavorful three-meat combos, others express disappointment with soggy buns and undercooked hush puppies. The sides often shine, particularly the baked beans and potato salad. Service experiences vary, with reports of overworked staff leading to issues like unfilled drink orders. The atmosphere is complemented by jazzy tunes, though noise levels can rise. Overall, Blu Pig BBQ provides a promising pit stop for BBQ lovers, though consistency may vary.

Stopped by for an early dinner after a day at Arches National Park around 5 pm. The place was empty except for one other group. My wife and I ordered the 3 meat BBQ combo (12 oz. consisting of a 1/4 rack of baby back ribs (additio nal $4.50 charge for this choice , Cajun sausage, brisket with a side of sweet potato fries and house made cole slaw. All of the items were pretty good with the brisket being my favorite. Although, I would have liked a little spicier BBQ sauce. Ordered a 16 oz. Blu Pig IPA to help wash it all down. Our waitress was extremely friendly and the food came out quick. It was a good way to end an amazing day.

Gave this place a shot because it was right across the street from where we were renting our bikes. A little nervous because no one was here but gave it a shot anyway and I'm glad we did. Biggest burger I've ever seen in my life I seriously had to smash it to get it to fit in my big mouth. I ordered the Texan burger which came with double patties, brisket and a couple of onion rings to top it off, It also came with french fries. This burger was absolutely amazing omg my wife had to help me eat it as well We also put the house barbecue sauce on it Price was reasonable for a barbecue place service was excellent not sure why anyone was here? But then again it was just after 2:00 p.m. . Their bar looks to be closed but the tall beer I ordered apricot heffe was on point! I dare you to order that burger you'll be impressed!

The staff, atmosphere, and food here are fantastic. This place truly understands smoke, blues, drinks, and BBQ. I currently live in Fort Worth, where everyone claims to know BBQ, but this restaurant is superior to many in my area.

Came by this spot during our week visit in moab after a long hike. As a LA local, Blu Pig gives some serious competition. Their ribs were fall of the bone and still juicy, not oversauced. The tri-tip was so tender and had a decent smokey flavor again, unsuaced which gave you the freedom to add as much of their bbq sauce. The portions were fair for the price. The ambiance iscalm and collected with the faint live jazz blues coming from the bar. Honestly a great spot for tourists and locals alike.

Solid smoked meats and something unique, 4 different BBQ style options from different regions. So whatever kind of sauce you consider the real sauce, you 're in luck! I got the 3 meat combo with pulled pork, turkey and Cajun sausage, with fried okraand the fries. Everything was great. They have a good amount of other options if you 're not into BBQ. The gentlemen a couple oftables over was raving about his catfish poboy, so there we have it! Recommend!
