Found this delightful place through Open Table. Had no clue where to go in Moab but reviews looked promising. Tucked inside a boutique hotel, we weren't sure how to get inside but figured it out. Parking behind hotel. Our food was outstanding! Our server was on the task, friendly attentive. We are from Chicago land of Italian food everywhere. This is a twist on some old standards plus creative entree's Grandma never thought of but would have loved. Thanks for a delightful evening of really good food on our vaca. We wish you all the best of success.

After a long day of hiking in Arches, we arrived feeling very hungry, and the food exceeded our expectations; it was incredibly delicious. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and each dish was simple yet executed with precision, which is the hallmark of a great restaurant. While our main courses were outstanding, the desserts were even more impressive. We typically skip dessert, but as soon as we saw budino on the menu, we couldn't resist ordering it. We tried the butterscotch budino and chocolate torte, and both were simply extraordinary. The service was top-notch, and parking was a breeze. This was easily our favorite restaurant in Moab, and we would return in an instant!
