Fetta - Mississauga
Fetta
Description
Fetta at Gate E72 offers limited options with expensive prices and an automatic 18% tip for a beer. The bar is in need of cleaning but the staff is friendly. The iPad ordering system can be confusing, with tip automatically added and slow service. The food is decent, especially the vegetarian panini, and the self-service pickup notification is user-friendly for tech-savvy individuals. While the restaurant provides a good meal option in the international departures area, the restroom location can be a bit confusing. Overall, Fetta is a convenient stop before a flight but has room for improvement in service and cleanliness.

Service is horrible and ordering tablets credit card reader didn't work. Definitely not a place to eat unless you have lots of time. Ordered and paid for something they didn't have, but still showed on the menu (sparking water). Took over 20 minutes to...resolve.
Easy experience on the T1. We bought two sandwiches for the fly. What a disgusting taste and presentation: the sandwiches were wet with water, bread and clobig, the ingredients fall and... the price was $CAD10 / each. I do not recommend and would rather ask the right authorities to check if meals are according to the healthy procedures of preparation and rules of sanitation. Be careful.
Before my flight home, Fetta was the only restaurant open late. The iPad menu ordering and self-service pickup notification were very user-friendly, especially for tech-savvy individuals. It was a great place to stop by before boarding. I will say the restroom situation near Fetta can be a bit confusing, but just look at the photo to see for yourself. If you're still unsure, go left!
Not much choice at Gate E72 other than Fetta. It's expensive and the automatic check out encourages an 18% tip for a beer!!!! Why? The bartender simply took it out of the fridge and gave it to me! I ended up giving 13% tip under...the assumption that I must. The bar needs a good clean. The display bottles are covered in dust and the floor is dirty too. On the plus side, the beer was cold and the staff quite friendly.
I stopped for a sandwich and a drink between flights at this restaurant. They had an iPad system that I couldn't figure out how to work. After waiting for a while, employees finally came to help me and watched as an 18% tip was automatically added during the advance payment. The food was placed in front of me, but the staff seemed distracted and unattentive. It took some effort to get someone's attention for a glass of water, and when they brought it, they mistakenly gave it to a customer sitting four seats away. Unfortunately, it seems like the only thing keeping places like these in business are customers who feel like prisoners.
