Came here on Saturday at lunch and was surprised that it would be full. We waited half an hour for a seat. There was a salad bar section with some soups and salad. There were also some desserts there and a shaved ice station. View all feedback.

We went to this establishment very often in the past, since management changed some time ago, everything has been going downhill since. Food prices have increased, quality of food has gone down and service is incredibly poor We’ll never go back ever again, there are...much better sushi restaurants around in the area View all feedback.
The washroom was disgusting, urine everywhere on the floor and the walls were extremely dirty. The food was terrible and dry. And his very expensive for value. That's not a sushi place at all.
You do not have 60 items in the menu. You do not welcome you with a smile or explain how prices or order work. I guess they think throwing a tablet on the table is all they have to do. No sushi to speak; it's all deep friend gray garbage. The bill came to $85!!! and we left us with the arrogance, the disgusting food and the determination to write this review. If you want eloquence, read another of our reviews. If you want to be saved from the same horror story we've been through, stay away. Nothing makes us more angry than greed and arrogance, and these guys serve this in spades.
The buffet table looks and feels like a cattle food pod. Dining room too crowded for non-kovid time. People are pushing all the time. Low class space with low class cartridges.
The first visit after a long shutdown was the most unpleasant among other things restaurant or especially sushi restaurants. First, the plates and tables were not clean, we had to change plates. The food tasted as if it was cooked/prepared very long before serving, not fresh, although the sushi must give you the feeling of freshness at any time. The fried or hot plates came cold. Salad, cold shrimps and mussels are mixed with the desert and candy bar, also the tongues used are mixed. Service is rude, unprofessional and as if they offer a charity service where we should be grateful to be fed. The climax was the washrooms that were catastrophic, and reveals the truth about the inattentiveness and unevenness of the place. Worst sushi experience ever.
We have been here several times and unfortunately it is getting worse especially service. To get a refill on water I almost had to go to the well to fill my own glass even though servers came and went and it wasn't until I called the server to ask for water who had the nerve to ask you wish more water REALLY unbelievable. Customer service gas gone and it is unfortunate. I have given them the benefit of the doubt to come back but its strike 3 and NO MORE. menu has decreased but price has increased. Sad.
