Dunkin' - Millinocket
Dunkin'
Description
**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Brew of Experiences**
Dunkin' serves a combination of delicious breakfast options and coffee delights, from hash browns to sweet breakfast sandwiches. While the food quality often impresses patrons, the service has proved inconsistent. Complaints of poorly trained staff, confusing menu formats, and health protocol negligence have surfaced, causing frustration among customers. Some have reported unsanitary conditions and rude interactions, further diminishing the dining experience. Yet, there are bright spots, with many praising the friendly and prompt service of certain employees. Overall, while Dunkin' has the potential for a satisfying experience, attention to training and cleanliness is urgently needed.

Used to work here The GM abuses her employees I've seen 6 people quit including myself in the 3 months I was there. The store it's self is absolutely disgusting I even have photos they don't clean there bun burner coffee holders ever!! You get old burnt coffee chips in your coffee never mold in there cream machines bugs and leaks they leave these are only some of my photos from opening there. I do mean never go here unless you want the gm to yell at you as a customer or if you want to get sick
When I asked about their seasonal peppermint drinks, they confirmed it was available. I then ordered a white chocolate peppermint mocha and specified a 16 oz size. They seemed confused, probably because their menu only lists small, medium, and large sizes. To keep it simple, I went with a medium. After paying, I asked if the coffee was espresso or drip, and they said it was drip. As far as I know, a mocha should be made with espresso, not drip coffee. It's frustrating that staff aren't properly trained, leading to wasted time and money. What a hassle! Ugh!
