They consistently mess up online orders and sometimes even make substitutions without consulting you. The service is also extremely slow.
It’s bad when the assistant store manager is working an one of the employees is talking down on another employee in front of costumers an the assistant manager does nothing what so ever to stop
Good customer service and very courteous staff.
The restaurant often struggles with staffing, resulting in online orders being suspended, which can be quite frustrating. It frequently takes 30 minutes or more to receive a sandwich. The employees themselves are excellent; it's just that there aren't enough of them during busy times. On a positive note, there are plenty of parking spaces available.
