Normal chain dunkin.
Great fast service thru the Drive in in Lincoln
Used to work here The GM abuses her employees I've seen 6 people quit including myself in the 3 months I was there. The store it's self is absolutely disgusting I even have photos they don't clean there bun burner coffee holders ever!! You get old burnt coffee chips in your coffee never mold in there cream machines bugs and leaks they leave these are only some of my photos from opening there. I do mean never go here unless you want the gm to yell at you as a customer or if you want to get sick

After paying, I asked if the coffee was espresso or drip, and they said it was drip. As far as I know, a mocha should be made with espresso, not drip coffee. It's frustrating that staff aren't properly trained, leading to wasted time and money. What a hassle! Ugh!

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've ever visited. They repeatedly mess up my order, and the service is incredibly slow. To make matters worse, they overcharge you as well. I can say with certainty that neither my wife nor I will be coming back to this location. It honestly deserves to be shut down.
I really appreciate the staff at this restaurant; they are consistently polite and upbeat. Even when problems occur, they handle them promptly and with a smile. They focus on customer satisfaction and strive to ensure a quick and respectful experience, all while being transparent.

Good coffee but world's slowest service.

The last time I checked, a mocha should be made with espresso, not drip coffee. It’s frustrating that employees aren't properly trained, as it results in wasting customers' time and money. Save your money and just head to McDonald's instead. The counter is consistently closed, even when there’s no line at the drive-thru. It's difficult to find out what donut options are available. The young man working there was rather rude about the situation and would benefit from retraining or, perhaps, should be let go.

This Dunkin' Donuts is situated at the rear of our local Circle K convenience store and is an excellent choice for breakfast and lunch at any time of day. The staff here truly make you feel like part of the family, making sure you feel welcomed and well cared for rather than just another customer. A noteworthy employee is Carleton; during every visit, he goes above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. You can always rely on this location to be clean and well-kept when he's on duty. I highly recommend it!
