What Kenny Klein doesn't like about Melville Marriott Long Island:
Preet at the front desk is not very helpful. He charged my personal card because it would have “taken longer” to charge my company card. Meanwhile there was no line, and I did not indicate that I was in any kind of rush. I had time to do this right. Now I have to spend more time adjusting the charge on my end. Awful. Place is spectacular. Amenities are spectacular. Rooms are impeccable. Common areas are impeccable. The person that checked me in went above and beyond and gave me the list of everything happening in the hotel which is very beneficial because I travel and could miss out on things that are happening that I would participate in.
