Ralph's Famous Italian Ices

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant tonight! I went in at 8:45 and asked if they could deliver their ices to my daughter's school for her birthday tomorrow. I didn't think they would be able to, but I decided to take a chance. My daughter wanted a specific flavor that I couldn't find at the supermarket, and they were my last hope at the very last minute. I was prepared for them to say no, but instead, Ally took my number and said she would contact the owners and get back to me within an hour. Ten minutes later, Dana F. called me and not only said they could make it happen, but they were willing to open early and arrange for the ices to be delivered to my daughter's school at the best time. When I went back to pay, I expected to pay a lot for their help, but instead, they gave me discounts and didn't charge a delivery fee. When I called to thank Dana and express my surprise at their generosity, she simply said, "It's all about the kids, we as parents would do anything for them!" I was truly blown away by their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond. I have never written a review before, but this place is more than just a business. They embody everything that is good in a community.

There were too many flavors to easily identify what was what. The girls working had attitude when asked about the dishes. It's a shame because this place could be the perfect spot for a summer night out. The tables need to be splinter-free. With a little investment, this place could really shine. The food is amazing, so they should show off what they have.

The restaurant is consistently crowded, but the female staff members work hard to ensure that everyone is satisfied in a timely manner. It is important for customers to remember to leave a tip. We have always been greeted with a warm smile and courteous service, sometimes even better than other restaurants we have visited. It is clear that the staff members have experience dealing with the public and their exceptional service is truly appreciated.

Man these ????are crazy delicious. Especially when it's Buy one Get one on Wednesday. For my family, Wednesday is icecream night now.

I was there w a friend around 9PM There no inside shopping or sitting, but there are alot of flavors in water ice and ice cream. I guess its popular because they were out of flavors to. The service was fast and alot of people came after us.
