The worker messed up my bowl I went up and pointed it out hoping for it to be corrected by me getting a new one that was correctly made. But no she says ? I?llgive you the extra ingredients in a side cup ?. Wow really they are that lazy ?! I don?t want a side cup of ingredients Iwanted a new one made for me or mine made into the correct one by the worker doing it. I would think for $10 a bowl the servicebe better. She took it back after I said I didn?t want a side of ingredients and just piled it all on top of the one I gave toher. Made it very messy to eat. Overall disappointed with the service.

The girls behind the counter were just on their phone vídeo calling with their friends and making them an açaí bowl. Next she took my order &other of her friends walked in and she made hers right away I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for my 2 regular bowls. Iwent to the SoBol in happauge and they were so sweet they greeted me as I came in and we?re working really hard. Never coming tothe Islip location again. Really shows which customers are there priorities if you don?t like being ignored at a place whereyour paying money don?t go here.

When I went I was constantly given compliments and was treated so nicely! I recommend everyone to come to this store. Everything there is so delicious, what is there to lose?? Parking: So many open spots!
