The appetisers are uniquely different and flavoursome. <br/ <br/ We tried green and panang curries which were very nice and meat quantities plentiful especially if you like prawns. <br/ <br/ Also had a stirfry which flavours of basil shone through. The staff were attent... read more We tried Palm Sugar last week for the first time after many moons walking past. The decor is classic Thai with elegant touches yet simple. The staff were attentive and well organised. We enjoyed our meal of stir fry and curry, each dish was quite tasty and reasonably priced compared to similar venues. Will be back!

Food was exceptionally good and I must mention that Lynn (the restaurant owner) took so much effort in decorating the place for us and giving us a cozy ambience. I highly recommend this place for any special occasion or even a casual dinner.

She just recently moved to Richmond so we thought we’... read more Girlfriend was going to be away for her birthday so I decided to take her for a quick dinner to celebrate. She just recently moved to Richmond so we thought we’d take a walk down bridge road and try our luck. <br/ <br/ We were definitely not disappointed, cute little Thai restaurant with a nice outdoor area where you can see all the nearby residents walking past with their cute dogs.<br/ <br/ At first we walked inside, with the outside temperature being 28 degrees at that time we thought we might sit inside underneath the air conditioner. Unfortunately there was no aircon, inside was hotter than outside. So we ended up sitting outside. <br/ <br/ Friendly staff, delicious food and cheap drinks. Would definitely recommend
