I arrived to order my pick up order at the time she said (15 minutes from placement). as I asked about my order, there was a little confusion and then the young boy shows the kitchen staff a ticket and there is a set or two inaudible for me. a moment later, she young woman (before the house) uses her initiative to say that it is not ready to take just one place, it will be just a few minutes. pretty much, 15 minutes later, give me my enchiladas. it's just a 2 or 3 minutes drive to the house, but as I take out the container, you feel clearly cool down in the center. all in all, a rather disappointing experience. we all know it comes to clogs. the right thing is to make mistakes. full and open. do not do so, or cover up. and maybe offer something, or just in an unexpected surprise free to make for the mistake and inconvenience. that is a way to encourage a customer to come back and be honest about how long it will take, means that they don't try to overthrow it and don't heat it properly. After spending 46 years of my life in customer service, I hope that management can respect that my thoughts are being considered.

I also de... read more The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious! After sharing the chicken, pork, and beef tacos with my partner, I wished I had a bigger stomach. I also devoured a massive pork burrito while she enjoyed a delicious halloumi burrito bowl from their specials menu. I would definitely give this place a 5/5 rating and would love to come back again.
