We ordered food, it hadn’t arrived by 10p... read more Arrived on time for 9pm seating. Ordered a bottle of sparkling none were chilled so we had to wait 20mins for a drink. We ordered food, it hadn’t arrived by 10pm. So, we asked when we would be served. The waitress told us that there was a computer glitch, that the kitchen didn’t receive our order and that it was now closed. But, she could give us more drinks. We declined the ‘more’ drinks offer as we hadn’t eaten. She said she would refund money paid for meals that never arrived and give us a bottle of sparkling. 15mins later she is behind the bar enjoying a cocktail
