As a newcomer, I needed assistance from the extremely friendly servers to understand the heated broth base and the various ingredients to dip into it. They provided instructions on how to create a personalized sauce to enhance the flavors. Despite it being a busy night, with a line forming outside in the cold and rain, the restaurant is located on a narrow street in the Chinatown district. There are plenty of other restaurants nearby, but this one is worth the walk. The restaurant is meticulously clean and well-lit.
