I informed the owner about how bad the experience was. Perhaps they should consider learning how to properly manage a restaurant before attempting to run one.

Unfortunately, the fish batter looked golden on the outside but was raw and tasted like glue on the inside. It was a terrible experience. The rest of my group had pre-ordered their meals but still waited 1 1/2 hours for their food to arrive. The restaurant was only half full, so it was puzzling why the kitchen couldn't keep up. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food came out reasonably quickly and prices are comparable to other places that do similar food. This was my first time here and I ordered a T-bone steak. The valuable lesson I got was never to order steak here ever again. Other items on the menu may be great....which I have not tasted, but steak.....no. I asked for it to be medium rare. I got it well done shoe sole in some areas, and dripping blood rare in some other. And it was bland as bland can be. Accompanied by some boiled steamed veges. I am huge fan of a good steak and I'm not ordering one here again. May try other things though as the service was excellent.

Unfortunately I can not give this restaurant a positive review because apart from getting our simple order wrong which we would have been happy to excuse (as th... read more Unfortunately I can not give this restaurant a positive review because apart from getting our simple order wrong which we would have been happy to excuse (as they did redo the dish to our specification in the end) but they actually overcharged us on the bill and would not remedy this when challenged about it. When I pointed out the overcharge the manager was arrogant and obstinately refused to admit any fault. We had in fact used a coupon from the Entertainment Book for 25% off and it became apparent that they have implemented their own way of calculating 25% off the bill that is inaccurate and to their favour. The manager claimed that their way of deducting 25% off was how they were instructed by Entertainment book to apply the discount, however this was untrue as I have followed up with the Entertainment book myself and they were surprised by the restaurants methods. I cannot recommend this restaurant and if you do decide to eat here I urge you to check your bill before paying as you will be hard pressed to get your money back if you are overcharged.
