What User doesn't like about Code 3:
Code 3 is on the ground floor of the Police Headquarters. Good coffee, seating inside and out, good simple food. It was right across the road from my hotel so was extra convenient. A bit out of hte way for the average traveller. View all feedback.
Went here for lunch. Great range of food and coffees. They have sandwiches and hot food options. I'll come here again

Just okay, but more of a fast food place than a coffee shop. Great place to play 'spot the detective' situated in the Vic Police HQ. Not hard, but fun!

Nothing special about this restaurant but you won't be left disappointed. Food is served in buffet style. Resonably priced.? For a cafe style restaurant, the choices are good.
