What Anonym dislikes about Code 3:
Code 3 is on the ground floor of the Police Headquarters. Good coffee, seating inside and out, good simple food. It was right across the road from my hotel so was extra convenient. A bit out of hte way for the average traveller. View all feedback.

Had an early morning coffee here before a nearby meeting. Located at the entrance to the new Victoria Police Crime HQ. Modern decor. Pleasant and spacious outdoor eating area. Quick and friendly service. Great cappuccino. Good value. Accepted AMEX for a $3.60 purchase which was very convenient.
Went here for lunch. Great range of food and coffees. They have sandwiches and hot food options. I'll come here again

The restaurant offers a wide variety of options, including desserts, which is great for someone like me who loves options. The coffee is rated 3.8 out of 5. There is ample seating available for dining in as well.
The price of $3.80 for a medium white coffee is quite reasonable for a café located just steps away from Southern Cross and Flagstaff station. The quality of the coffee would be rated around 3.0 to 3.5.
If dining at a police headquarters canteen interests you, then this restaurant is a close match. The food surpasses typical canteen fare, offering a good selection of sandwiches and hot dishes. The staff is friendly and the coffee is above average. The outdoor seating area is completely covered, making it a great spot to dine during the summer months.
Third day in a row coming here for lunch I am surprised that this place doesn’t have any reviews. It’s been a great for a quick lunch break with plenty of different choices each day for only $10. Best value meals in the city I’ve come across in ages! I only wish they were served just slightly hotter from the Bain Marie.
Grab the opportunity of morning tea break at the conference, try to explore other cafes around the venue. I was attracted by the huge venue of this cafe and the spacious set-up at the al fresco area and of course feel very safe sitting with police station located next door. Enjoying the flat white and observing people busy in social communication with coffee break is always interesting to me. What a relaxing day!
