We came for breakfast and were recommended the frittata special. We were very glad we went with what was recommended-it was so incredibly delicious with fresh ingredients and we appreciated being able to swap the pancetta for either mushrooms or smoked salmon. What Gerard Macías doesn't like about Arkibar:
Despite having booked (via Dimmi) we were seated alongside the entrance doorway. The seating area was congested and were constantly bumped by other diners and wait staff. The menu was disappointing with very little choice for vegetarians. The servings were small and not god value. After waiting 20 minutes for the promised Dessert Menu we left without any dessert or coffee. View all feedback.
Amazing fresh seasonal products and dishes that never disappoint! Very always recommend something new to try from t the quality never obsessed! Many fresh products cultivated locally, which is refreshing! Service and owner also amazing!
The food was excellent and generous. The service was really friendly and informative, but the lack of atmosphere through bright lighting really let it down.
The service and the specials in Arkibar are always worth it. A very pleasant culinary experience!
ArkiBar is an absolute gem!! The food is fabulous, the wine list extensive and the service thorough but unobtrusive. We’ll be back.
A fantastic all round restaurant. A shame it isn’t open more often.
