Description

Frank's Bakery, a beloved local spot since 1985, draws in customers with its tempting aroma and history of delightful offerings. While many have cherished memories of indulging in their famous cannolis and cakes, recent feedback highlights a decline in service and product quality. Customers have reported long wait times, rude responses, and disappointment over overpriced items featuring excessive frosting. Despite these issues, loyal patrons continue to appreciate the bakery’s charm and unique pastries, like their cannoli donuts. For those craving nostalgia and authentic Italian treats, Frank’s remains a noteworthy, albeit imperfect, destination.

My wife ordered a cake for our daughter's third birthday party for the first time and was impressed by the beautiful design and helpful service at the bakery. However, when we cut into the cake at the party, we found that it was mostly frosting with very little actual cake. It was disappointing to spend $80 on a cake that nobody enjoyed eating. The experience was embarrassing and I have attached a picture for reference.

The enticing smell as you walk towards the entrance will leave your senses buzzing, and the friendly smiles that greet you with a warm hello. Mamma Mia offers the best variety of dishes.

Nice little town bakery. People are nice. Standard selections of baked goods. Hit or miss when they'll have exactly what your looking for. I came in at 11am for lobster tails and was told not till after 4pm on Thanksgiving Eve. I don't understand why the last minute.

When my aunt in Hampton bays was alive she would always ask me to bring 10 loaves of the twist bread she froze them and they were perfect when she took them out and let him sit at room temperature best
