I went to pick up the order at 12:30, but it w... read more I used this restaurant for my daughter's party last Sunday. My wife placed an order for a hero and an olive tray. I went to pick up the order at 12:30, but it wasn't ready until 12:45. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes, but when I received the order, they only gave me two trays of hero and a bag, leaving out the olive tray. When my wife called to inquire about the missing item, they gave her attitude and said that Steve would call her back. When I called, they informed me that Steve wouldn't be in that day. I have been playing phone tag with them to get my money back, and it's been frustrating. As a volunteer for Mastic, I'm disappointed in their service and will recommend finding a new place for our meetings. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as the owner does not try to make things right and just plays phone tag. Such a simple issue should have been resolved easily.

Never had a problem with this place and the owner until they hired all those girls that work the counter now. All of them are extremely rude and unprofessional. This place is still a very good place to get breakfast but it would be better if those girls were taught some respect or if they hired better people who are more professional and friendly. If you don?t like socializing with customers that are technically helping you make money then maybe working isn?t for you.

I received it very quickly, which was surprising because I have never gotten food from this place so fast before. The last few times I was at the restaurant, the service was terrible from the female staff. I was hopeful that I would finally receive good service this time, but my food arrived cold. It seemed like they just threw some cold pastrami on bread and called it a sandwich. I had to heat it up in the oven, but it still didn't taste good. I won't be giving Priscos another chance; I am disappointed and done with them. It's a shame because the owners are great people.
