I ordered a sundae with hot fudge, but when she tried to serve it, nothing came out. She opened the container and asked a coworker if there had been any recent changes, but since the coworker hadn't worked the day before, they had no information. Laura then scraped some residue from the bottom of the hot fudge container onto my sundae, but it barely came off the spoon. I pointed out that it looked unappetizing, but she insisted it was perfectly fine, and her demeanor was quite off-putting. Suffice it to say, I won’t be returning to Baskin Robbins. If this is how they address issues, they are in serious trouble. I'm thoroughly disgusted.
