My friends and I had a great experience at Siempre. The food and cocktails were amazing! The burger was outstanding. The chicken quesadillas were the best I've ever had. Don't miss the chorizo queso dip. Hopefully your traveling solo and don't have to share! The waitstaff is very friendly! Thank you to the nice guy who gave us cookies! Siempre is worth the stop! What Melyssa G doesn't like about Siempre Marfa:
Mediocre, expensive food with pricey, weak cocktails, but with a cool setting. Come here to hang with all the people hoping to be seen. You'll probably need something else to eat after. Be careful with opening the canned beer because they might explode on you. Also, don't bring cash, because they won't accept that as payment. View all feedback.
Great service, friendly hard working staff.small town vibes, right off the main road into town . Unfortunately covid has hit this town as well. They are short staffed and menu was limited, in 6 mo this place will be 5 stars I betPs: try the prickly pear margarita ?

Was the only spot open mid afternoon ,between lunch and dinner , but glad we ended up here. Friendly staff . The nice lady made us a fire and would not let us help. The curly hair bartender (sorry forgot their names) was super nice although the was the only one and would get backed up with orders and we had to wait a lot for our drinks. As expected in Marfa it was slow to get served but again that is “slow pace Marfa”.The food was good. One star deducted for the watery adult hot coco. Either ask for more powder or just skip it, is not worthy.
Eh it is what it is. Pico is good, not that many options.
This place is AMAZING and has become our favorite spot in Marfa for dinner drinks. There is a wonderful outdoor space with fire pits, but some indoor seating is also available. You order outside at the window, pick up your cocktails/drinks at the window, and take a table number for your food. The menu is simple but has great offerings. The first time we went, the awesome bartender Paul gave us recommendations from the menu and we went with the pozole, power bowl (might not be the correct name but it is a delicious grain bowl), chicken fajita quesadilla, margarita on the rocks, and frozen prickly pear sotol margarita. The drinks were great the frozen margarita wasn't overly sweet like most are and the flavors were very good. The food was absolutely delicious probably the best pozole we have ever had! All of the food has great flavor and we enjoyed our meal so much that we came back the next day to also try the cheese enchilada plate and ultimate palabra drink. I highly recommend this spot for lunch, dinner, or drinks! We will definitely be back!
