Every time I get any type of chicken french fries here they are always dry and hard. It's depressing. I just got one of the new potato bowls the other day, and everything was dry but the potatoes cheese bacon. Plus, the staff could be friendlier in my opinion, they seemed to be annoyed and whatnot. I understand it was slightly busy, but it made me feel like a burden back.
I ordered an eight-piece chicken dinner, but I ended up discarding two nearly meatless wings. The rest of the chicken was extremely dry, almost like it had been left out too long.
Did an online order. Stood inside for almost an hour watching them stand around. Not a single person was there. I waited so long just to see if they were going to make my order. I went up and said something. They then made my order. I live over an hour away, because I was just so upset that they could even apologize I wasn't even thinking to check the bag got home. Guess what..... they didn't give me my kids chicken nuggets. I called and called and called. No answer. I had to right the head office to get my money back
The staff did an excellent job of preparing my lunch and ensured that I had napkins and the condiments I requested.
My husband went to get a three piece combo for dinner and was told that they only had wings and no extra crispy. This was at 5:30 PM tonight. Maybe we should've called before we drove the 10 miles to get chicken.
