In the past, the evening team was also great, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. After 5:00 PM, they don't answer the phone for call-in orders, and the employees who work in the evenings seem like they would rather be anywhere else in the world than at work.

We were surprised they actually picked up when we called to place an order. We gave them a 20-minute window to prepare it, but when I arrived, our order was still not ready despite the restaurant having only a few customers. They did answer once, only to hang up immediately. We tried calling back right away but received no answer again. This lack of courtesy is quite disappointing. Even if they are busy, they could at least say "please hold" instead of abruptly hanging up. We paid for all the extras but didn’t receive them, and when trying to address the issue, it seemed they were not open to complaints. I've been a loyal customer of Jrecks for years, and these negative experiences are making me reconsider returning. The prices have increased, yet the quality of the food has noticeably declined.
