This location should be shut down! I moved to the area in the summer of 2022 and my children and I realized very early on that you get better service inside than via the drive thru. With knowing this on Tuesday March 14 my mother n law as well as my children entered and no one spoke as usual. We stood at the register awaiting someone to come up and take our order as well as discuss what we all wanted. After minutes of doing so still no one approached. We stood there and stood there. I told my family that we were leaving and asked the lady standing there washing the containers for the manager. She splashed water on me and laughed and said oh sorry….let me get you a card. There was no oh let me go ahead and take your order or oh I’m sorry let me go ahead and take your order. She actually got an attitude and said that the cards for the district manager was being ordered. She goes in the back and call her and stayed for minutes. At the point I ask the guy working the warmers to tell her that I needed to leave. She comes out on the phone apparently talking to the manager. She said that the manager was on lunch but she was the shift manager. Asked me my name but would never give me the managers name. She Julia) laughed on the phone with the district manager with no apology of the sorts. She should not be in the service industry or anywhere working with people. The location is bottom of the barrel and shames the Starbucks brand name. I went down the street to the Renaissance location and the whole vibe was different. It was warm and inviting. Someone spoke as we entered and smiled and talked with not just us but everyone in the store. I guess that going inside was not better than the drive through after all!

As for accessibility, the restroom is spacious and very accommodating for wheelchair users.
