I placed a mobile order today and the food seemed like yesterday’s left over food. The fries were hard and cold and the nuggets were as well. I called the establishment several times with no answer. When I went back to the restaurant and explained what was wrong, the workers, especially the manager, had a very rude attitude and stated that the food was not old but the grease was old. That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the worst Wendy's in America. That white girl, along with the entire staff should be fired ASAP! I have never seen so many rude, nasty, horrible, lazy, nonchalant, and inept workers in my life. They deserve a big, fat 0.
I arrived at this Wendy 's to place a quick order as I was traveling from out of town. I decided to use the drive-thru as, usually, the drive-thru is quick and easy, and this particular time, I did not notice a ton of cars in the parking lot. As Iarrived at the intercom to place my order, it took about 3 minutes for the staff to take my order. When she finally took myorder, she interrupted me every single time I attempted to place my order. It seemed like a party was going on! She said, pullaround for your total. As I pulled around, the young lady took my card, and my order was paid for; she did not give me myreceipt. I pulled to the next window to receive my order and politely asked about my receipt. The lady was like, 'she didn 'tgive you your receipt, and I was like no, ma 'am. She hollered to the other young lady and was like someone is lying. Thatalone put a sour taste in my mouth. Like why would I lie about not getting my receipt? I did not receive any type of apology. Thanks, but no thanks...I will not visit this place again and be reminded I skipped a couple of places to get to this one!
