Update: Seven weeks later and still no refund. Original post: The complaint I just sent to corporate: When I arrived, none of my order was ready, including my drink. They gave me a cup to make my own drink. However, there was no sweet tea brewed. I informed them at that time that there was no sweet tea brewed, yet, nobody began making any tea. Many minutes later, they brought me my food and still had not begun making any tea. I told them that I did not want the food anymore since I would still have to wait for them to make the tea and my food would be cold by the time they brewed it. I called to get a refund for my order since I placed the order through the app. The person who took my call was rude, he interrupted me, and he talked over me. He told me I would be refunded for my order. He also told me I would be contacted in order to provide feedback about his poor customer service. I have still not received a refund even though it has been over five weeks since this occurred. I have also never been contacted in order to provide feedback about his horrible customer service. Since then, I have called multiple times to say this exact thing and, each time, the person who answers says the same thing, that they will escalate the situation, that I will be contacted, and that I will be refunded. None of those things ever happens. You still owe me money and nobody has bothered to contact me about this ongoing terrible situation. This is the worst customer service I have received from anywhere ever in my entire 39 years of life. How dare you steal my money, refuse to apologize, and refuse to make the situation right?

I'd give it 5 stars because the food quality was really up there, but this college-poised location has no drive thru. I had to get down looking all disheveled after sleeping in my truck overnight for this road trip.Friendly staff.

Came here a couple months ago and food was borderline awful. The chicken strips were dry, the fries were soggy, and the gravy was like water. I also ordered onion rings and got a side of someone?s half-eaten sandwich in the bag as well (I wish I waskidding, I thought the wrapped sandwich in the picture was an accidental extra, but it had some very obvious bites taken out ofit). Not coming here again.

Whataburger is pretty good. came here at ~1800 and got a burger. nobody was really there. i saw them prepare my food and keep it on the counter in the kitchen for like 10 minutes. during the 10 minutes they were chatting with other employees (which i dontmind, but it seems like they were too distracted to notice that they had food for a customer. i like whataburger but it wouldbe nice if they paid attention.
