It was... read more Made a reservation, arrived on time, had to wait about 15 min. to be seated; ordered food immediately and it took at least 30 minutes to have it served. It was just two brunches (nothing out of the ordinary). It’s a nice restaurant, nice atmosphere, waitress was very polite and kind. Now we know that we need to have time to spare if we want to eat at Cafe J again.

This is w... read more Very few quiet restaurants remain in Lubbock where you can actually converse at the table without glaring televisions and everyone around you texting. This is what eating out is supposed to be great food, reasonable prices, ambiance, well trainedstaff, and in a neighborhood atmosphere. Nothing else in Lubbock like it. Thank you.
