Ordered online two days prior to Super Bowl. Arrived at pick up time. Counted 12 employees jammed behind the counter, so close together that they could barely move. Still waited 20 minutes for my order. Wings were comically undercooked and oversalted. Choked down two because I was starving, then discarded the rest. Never again.
II love wings and I was very exited when they opened. The mango habanero is my favorite! It's very tangy and sweet. Service is good and sometimes orders take a little longer, but is because they are always busy. The ambience is casual and relaxing. Overall good place for wings.
The service here is always great and the food taste just as good. Would come here everyday if I could, the environment the staff gives off is always welcoming.
Online order took 35 minutes, fries and lemon pepper very under seasoned, fries undercooked, no napkins or wet wipes. Have had much better In Arizona and Michigan locations. But, staff was very friendly and apologetic on wait, wings were hot and freshand ranch was good as always.
Many wings has been eaten over the years. Most of them meaty and balanced. Some orders just not good enough. four stars is the fair stars/
