The fis... read more This restaurant offers the best fish and chips we've ever tasted. Even after moving away years ago, we came back to discover that it is still fantastic. The fish, chips, and hush puppies are all outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised, especially considering that seafood in the area is usually more expensive. We will definitely be coming back!

The batter on the fish and fried vegetables is incredibly light and melts in your mouth—it's not heavy or greasy at all. The fish itself is tender and delicate, while the chips are crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside, almost like mashed potatoes. I was truly impressed by the flavor. Alfie's, you've earned some new loyal customers!

The fish dis... read more I searched for the best restaurants in Lompoc and discovered Alfie's, which has a 4.5-star rating. In my opinion, it truly deserves a full 5 stars. The fish dish transported me to a time in old London or New England, and the Cucumber Wasabi Coleslaw added a delightful and unique twist that really impressed me. The Hush Puppies were light and delicious, made from cornmeal without any onions. The chefs at Alfie's have some excellent recipes, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I'm so glad to see Nellie and Michael in charge; they really know how to run the place. There's nothing quite like Alfies. Whenever friends and family come to visit from all over the U.S., they always request a meal from Alfies.
