Have had much better In Arizona and Michigan locations. But, staff was very friendly and apologetic on wait, wings were hot and freshand ranch was good as always.

I asked for a COMBO but didn't need a drink, I wanted a sandwich corn. She repeated this back to me but when my order came, no corn. I had to payextra for my corn!! The music is so loud you can't hear, it's very cold inside, we had to eat outside. The girls name isXochitl, she is horrible at her job. Cannot understand a thing she says with that mask on. I had to go back and ASK fornapkins!?! Isn't this supposed to be a restaurant? I don't eat without a napkin.

The restaurant is supposed to open at 10:30, but the manager (who is a younger lady) didn't show up until after 11. There was no cashier, so other potential customers left. When we got our food, we had to listen to the youngermanagers personal, vulgar rap music collection played at excessive volume, to the point it was hard to have a conversation withthe person across me (inside and outside on the patio). I've worked in a restaurant environment and know that only certainmusic is supposed to be played. Corporate or an owner would not be pleased with the atmosphere at this location.

They are short staffed per hiring advertisement's, so company probably sucks.. Food is basically deep fried wings in genericsauces.yes that's what generic wing are but I get better results with my BBQ. Are wings great yes, but these are barely a stepabove frozen food isle quality, just deep fried.

Service is good and sometimes orders take a little longer, but is because they are always busy. The ambience is casual and relaxing. Overall good place for wings.

The service here is always great and the food taste just as good. They were... read more The restaurant is run by inexperienced individuals who created the appearance of being closed upon my arrival so they could watch a boxing game on TV. They were loud and disruptive, making the situation embarrassing. Only two staff members were at the counter, while the rest were sitting at tables. Additionally, my attempts to order online were thwarted by someone canceling my order and closing it, despite it not being a busy time. This behavior reflects laziness and a lack of professionalism. Perhaps the establishment should consider hiring more competent individuals. Just a suggestion.

Counted 12 employees jammed behind the counter, so close together that they could barely move. Still waited 20 minutes for my order. Wings were comically undercooked and oversalted. Choked down two because I was starving, then discarded the rest. Never again.
