I was actually at Popeyes but I've eaten at this Taco Bell before and they are ok but they do run out of menu items pretty often so don't have your heart set on anything that doesn't have horse meat in it because everything else, they are out of. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Bell:
I am fully aware that when choosing a restaurant such as taco bell the expectations should be low. but the tacos I was handed over to this place were embarrassing. they were easily the most vaccinated tacos I have ever received from this franchise and 3 of the 4 had ordered no single shredded cheese in them. they also forgot an article completely and gave me the wrong object for another. consider going somewhere else... I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through the app, but they didn’t have the item I selected. When I asked for a refund, the staff simply told me I needed to cancel the order on the app. However, the app confirmed my order as completed, even though I never received my food. It felt like I was robbed. To make matters worse, I couldn’t reach anyone in customer service for help.
This is the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. Having worked at multiple Taco Bells, I'm shocked by the poor customer service and lack of motivation from the staff at this location. It's infuriating to advertise "11 AM breakfast" when you refuse to actually serve it, especially since you typically don’t open until 9 AM. This is truly the most disappointing place anyone could visit. The Taco Bell on Williams offers far superior service and courtesy.

Order for burritos only received two do drive-thru go inside and she's going to call me a liar talking about the manager the manager was trying to put it on the girl taking orders they let me stand in there for 35 minutes and only reimburse me for oneof the burritos out there too have it all on film it said when if you don't like your job find another one but you don't have tobe rude with the people especially when the person offered to buy two more burritos because it wasn't a big deal but the managermade it into one she was rude and put it off on her coworkers a manager should be a leader not talk from behind a shelf
Every time I visit this location after 12:30 AM, the drive-thru window is unattended. Even though I can see employees inside, they don't seem to be doing their job.
