Whenever I visit this Taco Bell after 12:30 AM, the drive-thru window is always left unattended. Although I can see employees inside, they don’t appear to be actively working.
I ordered two burritos through the drive-thru but only received one. When I went inside to address it, the staff accused me of lying and mentioned the manager. The manager then tried to blame the employee who took my order. I was made to wait for 35 minutes and was only reimbursed for one burrito. I have it all on video. If you don’t like your job, find another one, but there’s no excuse for being rude to customers. I even offered to buy two more burritos since it wasn’t a big deal, but the manager turned it into a bigger issue, was rude, and shifted blame onto her coworkers. A manager should lead by example, not hide behind a counter and talk down to people.
I had the worst restaurant experience I've ever encountered at this location. Having worked at several Taco Bells, I was taken aback by the poor customer service and lack of enthusiasm from the staff. It's incredibly frustrating to advertise "11 AM breakfast" when you don't actually serve it, especially since you generally don’t open until 9 AM. This place is genuinely the most disappointing I have ever visited. The Taco Bell on Williams provides much better service and courtesy.
I'm fully aware that when choosing a restaurant like Taco Bell, I shouldn't have high expectations. However, the tacos I received at this location were disappointing. They were by far the most underwhelming tacos I've ever gotten from this chain, and three out of the four I ordered had no cheese in them at all. They also completely forgot one item and gave me the wrong item instead of another. I recommend looking for another option, even if it's a different Taco Bell location.
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered through the app, but they didn't have the item I chose. When I requested a refund, the staff only told me to cancel the order through the app. Unfortunately, the app showed my order as completed, even though I never received my food. It honestly felt like I was being taken advantage of. To top it off, I couldn't get in touch with anyone from customer service for assistance.
