There was only one other customer ahead of me, yet I ended up waiting about 15 minutes, which felt excessive. Additionally, the men's restroom was in urgent need of attention.

While I didn’t mind the wait too much, when I called to check on my order, the employee on the line had no idea I was there and informed me that they were short-staffed. This left me wondering why they would offer a curbside option if they can’t fulfill it properly.

The staff that attends the orders do not answer customer questions in a good way, Iordered mashed potatoes and it was cold, the gravy was strange, it seemed that it was not fresh. I would like someone from thecompany to read it to me so that they can do something about it. And also if you go to eat inside the store, the bathrooms arevery dirty, the paper is thrown everywhere. I would appreciate it if someone would take the time to take constructive feedbackinto account.

While the baked chicken wa... read more The chicken here is a bit different from what you usually find. They offer baked, grilled marinated chicken as well as fried chicken. While the baked chicken was a bit dry and could have used more of its flavorful seasoning, the fried chicken was outstanding—very juicy and delicious. The rice on the side was good, and the yucca fries were excellent! You definitely have to try them at least once.
