The staff that attends the orders do not answer customer questions in a good way, Iordered mashed potatoes and it was cold, the gravy was strange, it seemed that it was not fresh. I would like someone from thecompany to read it to me so that they can do something about it. And also if you go to eat inside the store, the bathrooms arevery dirty, the paper is thrown everywhere. I would appreciate it if someone would take the time to take constructive feedbackinto account.

After placing our order, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly our food was ready—just moments later, and it was still piping hot. I took the chicken home to enjoy with some red beans and rice, and I must say, it was a delightful change from our usual fried chicken. It was absolutely delicious!

I do remember having a similar experience in Orlando, though I'm not sure if it was the same chain. The food was excellent! I ordered the three-piece grilled chicken with campero rice, and everything was served hot and fresh. I would definitely come back again!

While the baked chicken was a bit dry and could have used more of its flavorful seasoning, the fried chicken was outstanding—very juicy and delicious. The rice on the side was good, and the yucca fries were excellent! You definitely have to try them at least once.

The staff was also very friendly! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try a new chicken spot that's packed with flavor and offers great quality. I’ll definitely be returning!
