Food w... read more Really has to be the best big franchise commercial chain restaurant, and this is a great one. Bartender had such an easy way about him but was attentive. Food was fresh, everything tasty, and the food runner that brought our apps out was sweet andhilarious. I can't recommend their bowls highly enough but was not a fan of their burger quesadilla. The flavors just aren't afun mix. Solid wings, good buffalo sauce.

This mean... read more I placed an $87 takeout order and realized something was missing when I got home. When I called the restaurant, they asked me to return to pick it up. This meant my husband had to leave his meal at home to get cold while he went to retrieve the missing items for our daughters. When he arrived at the restaurant, the staff accused us of lying. It was absurd for him to let his $16 meal go cold intentionally, and it didn't make sense to waste gas just to pick up a $2.99 mac and cheese, which turned out to be my son's boneless wings. The staff was unapologetic and unfriendly, treating us like liars. I wish I had known about their poor service before leaving a tip. They truly deserve a 0 rating.

I decided to send it back a second time and opted for bone-in wings instead. After we paid for our meal, we received a to-go box. As we were leaving, a Black female employee, who seemed like she might be the manager, came up to us to ask about the boneless wings and payment. The server was excellent, but the woman seemed a bit confused since she had just brought the wings to our table.

The service is always outstanding, and the staff is consistently friendly and willing to assist. Today was no exception – my wife and I had a delightful early lunch. Thank you, Applebee's!
