Mcdonald's
Description
McDonald's locations vary widely in customer experience, highlighting both strengths and weaknesses. While some diners rave about the friendly staff and prompt service, others express frustration over inconsistent food quality, such as cold burgers and underfilled fries. Cleanliness is an issue in certain establishments, with trash noted on the floors and tables. However, there are also shining examples of exceptional service, where employees go the extra mile to accommodate families. Overall, a little attention to detail could elevate these restaurants to a more consistently positive dining experience, making them a welcome stop for hungry patrons.

I have not gone to this location in over 2 months because I had some concerns. Decided to try tonight. BIG mistake. Pulled into first lane and no one ever answered, so I drove back around me and 2 other cars). To the outside lane. My bread was hard and chewy and fries didn’t have salt even though I didn’t ask for no salt fries. The young woman who handed me my bag had been sweeping the floor with gloves on. When my food was put on the counter she put the broom and dustpan down and grabbed my b
Best location i have ever been to in my life. awesome crew! They are on their job.
11-16-19 lunch break. So the lady at the counter was super nice and helpful. I even let her pick my meal. The food was consistent with other locations as far as taste. Of course it’s always disappointing when you get your burger and there’s what appears to be finger prints in a bun. The location did not feel all that clean. There was trash on the ground and on the tables. I’m deducting a star for the location not being cleaner, I’m also deducting a star for the appearance of the meal. I would re
I sat at the first speaker for over 10 mins. After being asked to hold! 3 cars pulled in the at the right speaker! Their orders was taking they pulled off in front of me!!! It’s clear they can’t handle two lanes! This is unfair! When you arrive somewhere 3 cars are handle first before you!
Each morning between 6 and 7 AM, there are staff members in the restaurant; however, they frequently overlook the drive-thru. They serve a few cars in one lane before switching to the second lane, even when the first lane has no vehicles waiting. I’ve often found myself stuck in a lane with no other cars, being ignored while the staff waits for more cars to arrive in the other lane before taking my order. I'm also hesitant to use the mobile app for this location, as I worry that my orders may not be properly fulfilled.
