My bf and I ordered pizzas. She rolled her eyes and then did not ask her what we wanted on the pizzas. She preceded to put one pizza with no toppings in the microwave when I know they?re supposed to go into toaster over. We just walked out after thatbecause she was too busy talking to her coworker. This is not the first time I walked out on her service. Please fire theladies who had the evening shift 5:50 pm at this subway. They always move too slow and have an attitude.

I have never been in a such unprofessional environment. If you ask the right questions, I will give you the right answers. It?s sad to see what customer service has come down to. Being in management myself, I only expect what you are getting paid todo. If the job is too hard you should try something different. Don?t roll your eyes and expect me not to react. The twogirls that were working apparently need to be trained on personality. And then you don?t give me the cups and then try toquestioned me if I paid. And then you do it in Spanish. I understand so don?t try to say it. I did understand. Again ifyou?re doing your job, you should have to ask. You are supposed to assign the one I paid for. Not leave me to ask and touch thecups. I don?t work here so I kinda need to be told. It would have taken only an extra 2 seconds

The person working won't refund my accidental double charge, so now I'm standing around waiting for the owner to come by. I didn't see her call or text him, but said he would be here in 10-15 minutes. Usually when I come to this location they'reunderstaffed, get my order wrong, or refuse to give me more veggies. I'll be driving to a different location in the future andwould recommend the same.

The entire experience was awful. The owner was rude and unprofessional, and it’s no surprise that the turnover rate is so high there. She could have handled the situation in a much more positive way, as her behavior was completely uncalled for. I will not be returning, and I'll make sure to inform my teammates and others about the horrendous customer service I experienced, encouraging them to stay away from this Subway. They do not deserve our business.
