This is yet another one of those frustrating restaurants where you have to place your order through an app, and unfortunately, both the service and the app leave a lot to be desired. If you're looking for an iced tea, good luck! It's not listed under "Soft Beverages" or "Non-Alcoholic Beverages." Instead, you have to select "Non-Alcoholic Beverages," then click "Soft Beverage," and finally type in "iced tea." The service you receive reflects the lack of tips for the staff, and the food is just average at best. I recommend looking for a better dining option elsewhere!
The only positive aspect was the general manager, or whoever was in charge. She came over, apologized, and removed all of our food from the bill. While I would have preferred if the entire tab had been taken care of, I did enjoy the drinks I ordered and wanted to pay for those. However, since my food was taken off, I noticed they had added a drink charge that I didn't catch during my review. I had already paid, so I decided not to pursue the matter further. I wish I could mention names, but I don’t know them. Be cautious when visiting this airport location; there are certainly other places that are much better. Lastly, when I finally received my pizza after an hour, the dough was undercooked.
I would rate this place a zero for service if possible. The menu had very limited options, and it took 40 minutes for our food to arrive. We had to send back appetizers that were meant for four people because our travel companions had already left to catch their flight. The food was subpar and quite disappointing. I do not recommend dining here.
Waitress purposely did not give me my meal. I got a refund. However, when I left I saw my food sitting beneath the light., I knew it was intentional.
Cochon de lait sandwich was on point, pork was nice and juicy. Cole slaw topping was crispy adding the bright flavor to the sandwich.Pimento grilled cheese not so much, seemed a bit runny with cold veggies that were also supposed to be grilled.Service was okay. They asked us to put all our tab on one check and they would split it later and then seemed inconvenienced when we asked them to split itWas not that busy in the place seem nice and clean. The food came pretty quick. We only had 30 minutes to order and eat. Food came in time and we still had plenty of time to take our time eating
