I have visited this location multiple times over the past three months, and each time, my regular roast beef sandwiches have been shorted. I've been a loyal Arb... read more I have visited this location multiple times over the past three months, and each time, my regular roast beef sandwiches have been shorted. I've been a loyal Arbys customer for a long time, and I know that a regular roast beef sandwich should weigh 3 ounces. However, mine consistently weigh 2.5 ounces or less. This feels like stealing from customers and is simply unacceptable. Something needs to be addressed at this location. I spoke to the manager about the issue, but she just looked at me and didn't make any effort to resolve it.
