The food is good. affordable, flavoursome, and I have been a regular customer. However, they do not honour the offers given to customers via platforms such as P... read more The food is good. affordable, flavoursome, and I have been a regular customer. However, they do not honour the offers given to customers via platforms such as Pickme foods or Ubereats. If you happen to place an order on offer, the order is promptly cancelled. When there are sitewide offers, this restaurant suddenly goes unavailable They even remove certain foods from pickme foods, which are available on ubereats In the beginning, I believed it to be a sincere mistake, or a coincidence, but i started noticing this pattern every single time there is an offer. Once my order was accepted, then cancelled after minutes Even though the food is delicous and the service is quick and courteous, the ethics involed in the food delivery area is highly dissapointing. Offers and reward programs are given to regular customers, craftily circumventing that is dissapointing.
