First they... read more Visited this restaurant on our recent trip to Sri Lanka. Had a horrible experience, we went there for dinner and staff was terrible and discourteous. First they are short staffed and the frustration is visible in their behaviour. I had to repeat my order 3 times to 3 diff. Waiters as they kept getting occupied with other things. Later they just brought the soup appetizers and main course together and dumped on the table. By the time we finished our soup the main course was already cold. Apart from the pathetic service and food was super average too.

After finishing our meals we try to pay by card.... read more I visited this restaurant recently with my wife, friend and his wife. We ordered dum biriyani and food was ok! After finishing our meals we try to pay by card. The cashier lady staff said we don’t accept card payments. Then I said I didn’t carry any cash. The lady asked me to transfer money to the unknown staff’s bank account. I said I don’t want to share my bank details with unknown.So after this argument they came up with the card machine at cashier table. I don’t know why they are forcing us to pay by cash. The worst experience I ever had before like these kinda big restaurants.
