If your employees don't want their jobs, i am sure there are people who do and will do it without getting an attitude about getting busy or having to come in fromtheir cigarette break to help their coworkers. I'm sure you will find someone who wants to work without shooting ugly looks tocustomers in the drive thru because their break was shortened I guess they forgot who pays their bills. If a customer saysthank you, the proper response is you're welcome. Not slamming the window with a twisted up face that only a mother could love.The evening crew definitely needs to be talked to about being under pressure and how to respond correctly. Unprofessional.

Why spend $7 on a venti coffee at Starbucks when I can get an equally good coffee here for half the price? And Dunkin also hasrefreshers (which I loved getting at SB) that taste just as good as SB for, again, half the price. Update: the service here isjust about as bad as you can get. The employees do not care and they?re extremely rude. They made my drink incorrectly and whenI asked them (kindly) to remake it, they said ?We?re not supposed to do that. It?s not our problem.? It?s LITERALLY yourproblem. You made the drink wrong. Don?t expect good service here.

They handed him a hot beverage and when he said he ordered iced, the lady shouted to someone, didn?t this MF say he wanted hot??!! He just left. He goes there weekly, with noissues. Loves Dunkin. What kind of service was this??
