Staff was friendly, ordered daily sub which was a med meatball sub, have ordered same sandwich from same location on several occasions with no issues, so disapp... read more Staff was friendly, ordered daily sub which was a med meatball sub, have ordered same sandwich from same location on several occasions with no issues, so disappointing that I had to leave review, meatballs looked like they had been in the warmer all daynever being stirred, turned, or rolled around, 1/3 of each meatballs was almost burnt black, extremely dried out and sandwichlooked almost pre-made hours prior to my order, pic posted was how i received sandwich, cut in half, dry, burnt, and old!Extremely disappointing sandwich, only able to eat top portion of meatballs after removing the plastic oh I mean ?cheese? ???????????? ????????????????

Service was fast, guy taking o... read more We never like being ?that guy? but after driving all day we pulled off to grab some food and walked in about 20 minutes to close. Service was fast, guy taking our order was mega nice, and my meatball sub looked like it came straight out of a magazinead for Fireman?s. Legit two of the best subs my husband and I have gotten from a chain sub shop. Sorry about cutting it so closeto closing time, but thanks a million for still making some superb subs for the literal last ones of the day!!!

However, I am giving it 5 stars because the subs and service are always excellent. I eat at this restaurant a couple times a week, but will only stick to ordering subs from now on and avoid the salads.
