Worst customer service I've ever had. From the speaker to the window. Just flat out rude. If your employees don't want their jobs, i am sure there are people who do and will do it without getting an attitude about getting busy or having to come in fromtheir cigarette break to help their coworkers. I'm sure you will find someone who wants to work without shooting ugly looks tocustomers in the drive thru because their break was shortened I guess they forgot who pays their bills. If a customer saysthank you, the proper response is you're welcome. Not slamming the window with a twisted up face that only a mother could love.The evening crew definitely needs to be talked to about being under pressure and how to respond correctly. Unprofessional.
Review for drinks only, not food: I?ve started going here for coffee because Starbucks has become unrealistic price wise. Why spend $7 on a venti coffee at Starbucks when I can get an equally good coffee here for half the price? And Dunkin also hasrefreshers (which I loved getting at SB) that taste just as good as SB for, again, half the price. Update: the service here isjust about as bad as you can get. The employees do not care and they?re extremely rude. They made my drink incorrectly and whenI asked them (kindly) to remake it, they said ?We?re not supposed to do that. It?s not our problem.? It?s LITERALLY yourproblem. You made the drink wrong. Don?t expect good service here.
I finally tried the avocado toast. It was delicious! The staff was pleasant and my drive-thru experience was quick! I did order via mobile app and it is wonderful!

My son ordered an iced latte from this location approximately 30-45 mins ago. They handed him a hot beverage and when he said he ordered iced, the lady shouted to someone, didn?t this MF say he wanted hot??!! He just left. He goes there weekly, with noissues. Loves Dunkin. What kind of service was this??

Even though I made a terrible choice to indulge in Dunkin' Donuts coffee and donuts at 2pm last week, I was satisfied with the service. However, I regretted staying awake well past my bedtime, filled with thoughts of things I wanted to accomplish and create. It's clear now that I can't handle coffee after 10am.

The woman who assisted us was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the only positive aspect was her friendly demeanor. The doughnuts appeared to have been prepared earlier in the day and were definitely not fresh. They likely would have been better earlier in the day, but I suppose that's to be expected in the afternoon. I believe that after a certain time, doughnut shops should offer significant discounts on their products, as the quality diminishes greatly after sitting for hours.
The breakfast choices are fantastic, offering more than just doughnuts, and the coffee is consistently great. The service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is always clean.
The coffee was wonderful the donuts were great their service was top-notch very professional very friendly we were the only two in the dunkin' Donuts somebody one of these three employees were smoking cuz I can smell the cigarette smoke

For the first time in a while the service was pleasant. However, I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I don't usually do the drive thru because of the bad experiences I have had but I recently had surgery and didn't want to go inside this time. We get down the road and I grab my bagel to learn that instead of putting the cream cheese on the bagel, they simply put a single packet in the bag; which is in no way near enough for a bagel. If I had known this, I would have ordered a second packet. Also, it's impossible to put cream cheese on a bagel in a car without making a mess and getting crumbs everywhere. I am very displeased with this experience.
Great breakfast foods at reasonable prices. Try the Wakeup Wraps.
This dunkin could be much better than what he is, even since the move into the jackson he has changed my mind when it comes to dunkin. the drinks are not even made right most of the time, they are not even good tasting. When I went back to columbia, I couldn't wait to get her thinkin donuts because I knew it was on the spot. it is sad because this dunkin could be a lot better than what it is.
